Monday to Friday:
Our Practice currently bulk bill most pensioners, health care card holders, and people in genuine financial hardship.
All other consultations a fee will apply.
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays:
There is no bulk billing on weekends and Public Holidays. A fee will apply for all consultations.

Friday 8:30pm -5:00pm
Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm
Practice consulting hours:
Monday to Thursday- 7:30am to 7:00pm
Friday – 7:30am to 5:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am to 1:00pm
Sunday – 10:00am to 12:00pm Walk in clinic only, please ring the bell at the ambulance entry at the back of the building off Nelson Road.
Public Holidays – 9:00am to 12:00pm - New Years Day, Australia Day, Labour Day, Easter Monday, ANZAC Day, Queen's Birthday, AFL Grand Final Friday, Melbourne Cup, Boxing Day.
*Closed - Good Friday & Christmas Day
There are available appointments allocated for urgent problems on each day.
PLEASE NOTE: During your first visit, we usually allow for a longer appointment and ask that you come in five minutes prior to your appointment to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed. Please bring your medicare, pension and/or health care card.
Brief appointments are also available for scripts, referrals or minor issues.

If you are a new patient to our practice, you can save time by downloading our Patient Registration Form, which can be filled out before your appointment.
On Call Service
Point Lonsdale Medical Group utilises the National Home Doctor Service for those seeking medical attention outside of our normal hours of operation.
If you require urgent assistance or a home visit please phone 13 74 25.
Hours from: 6pm weekdays, 12pm Saturday, all day Sunday & Public holidays.
After hours home visits provided by the Home Visiting Doctor Service are bulk billed if you hold a Medicare or Gold DVA card.
